May 3 2022 Cookie Reflection (from April 29 Lab with Svanja) & Baking Through the Ages - Video Review.

TTOC - please take attendance as emailed.

You have a TA to assist during this class - Svanja (Grade 11). 

TTOC - please go to the black filing cabinet - top drawer at the front of the room. Please locate Baking 9 duo tangs and hand out to students.

Then - Top shelf of the area behind teachers desk. You will see printed 'Reflection Lab' handouts. 

Students to complete their 'Cookie Reflection' (from April 29 Lab with Svanja). 

Students to check also that they have the Svanja Cookie recipe and also complete their printed reflection sheet. If students are missing the recipe it is located on our class blog - Link below.

Once students have finished their reflections and completed (checked) that they also have written down the recipe (many students missed that class last week of April) then you can move on to the below video. (For remainder of class - please take note of where you finish in the video for your TTOC notes as you may not make it all the way through).
