Scone Reflection Day! Foods Games Day! 

  Scone Cooking Day! Remember:  Lab Group Assignments -  Head Chef Prep Cooks x 2 Dishwasher IMPORTANT!!!!  Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items. One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef. Once your group has prepped your scones PLEASE be very careful putting them in and taking them out of the oven. Only place the tray on top of the oven OR on a cooking rack.  Prep Cooks OR Dishwasher - prep/set your tables while scones are being cooked by head chef. Plates/cutlery/extra butter etc. At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area.  All used aprons and dish towels to the front laundry hamper for washing.

Energy Ball Reflection Day And Taste Master South Africa! Baking Edition! Questions for prizes! At the end! 

Energy Ball Lab Cooking Day!  Energy Ball Review Lab Group Assignments -  Head Chef Prep Cooks x 2 Dishwasher IMPORTANT!!!!  Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items. One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR TO SMOKE!  You want your product to be moving and spinning. If you add the dates and your blade does not spin - add a touch of water.  DO NOT EAT MIX WHILE PREPPING YOUR ENERGY BALLS! Once your group has prepped your tray/plate of energy balls please bring to the back Teacher Station for labelling and transfer to the back freezers for setting At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area.  BE CAREFUL WHEN WASHING/CLEANING YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR BLADES! DO NOT DUMP IN SINK - Carefully wipe blades with cleaner brush out of the sink...

Attendance. Recipe Books - Energy Ball Recipe, Equipment and Instructions  - Pls. Copy Down Energy Ball Review  & Demo Teams - Missing Work/Assignments - Review. Time for uploads and completions.  Mini Quiz - Cross Contamination. Any missing quiz marks?
