IMPORTANT!!!!
- Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items.
- One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef.
- Once your group has prepped your cupcakes (only fill your tray's MAX 3/4 full.
- PLEASE be very careful putting cupcakes into the oven. Make sure your tray is level.
- USE THE MIDDLE RACK!!!
- Careful when taking cupcakes out of the oven. Only place the tray on top of the oven OR on a cooling rack. DO NOT PLACE TRAYS ON THE COUNTER!
- Prep Cooks OR Dishwasher - prep/set your tables while cupcakes are being cooked by head chef.
- At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area.
- Ms. P to do station checks at end of class - check that ALL silicone trays have been properly cleaned pls and that all measuring devices and bowls etc have been washed and dried and put back in their original spots correctly. Svanja TA to assist please.
- All groups - pls WIPE AND SPRAY CLEAN the faucet.
- Sink plugs to go to the top of the sink to dry!
- All used aprons and dishtowels to the front laundry hamper for washing
- Again - CLASS - PLEASE PUT EVERYTHING BACK WHERE YOU FOUND IT!!!!! MEASURING DEVICES BACK TO THE DRY GOODS AREA!!!!! DRY YOUR DRYING RACKS WHEN YOU PUT THEM BACK UNDER THE SINK PLEASE!
